Sae-A Spinning, S.R.L. is a cotton spinning mill
that operates in Cartago, Costa Rica.
It was established in 2015 by Sae-A Trading – world’s largest apparel exporter,
and Global Sae-A Group – which is operating several affiliates in textile, fashion,
plant, and corrugated cardboard divisions.
Operating three factories in a single area, our company produces and supplies various knitted cotton yarns under the brand "Butterfly", such as pure cotton yarn, modal yarn, modal blend yarn, recycled/general polyester cotton yarn, and supplies it to the CAFTA region.
Our yarn products, which is produced based on state-of-the-art automation equipment, the best spinning technology, and advanced process control techniques, has the best quality and best price competitiveness within CAFTA. We recycle 100% of the by-products from Costa Rica's electricity, which is 98% renewable, in our LEED certified silver rated buildings. By practicing the law-abiding spirit in all fields, we aim to be an eco-friendly company to all.
