Climate change has become one of the greatest concerns and challenges for mankind. Reducing the carbon footprint and improving the sustainability of our production is an overarching theme throughout our operation. From the careful regional sourcing of raw materials, and sustainable production processes that utilize renewable sources of energy, to GHG and water use that are done sustainably, we maintain the highest standards, and work to achieve the lowest possible carbon and waste footprint.

Minimize the use of corrugated fiberboard by reusing plastic pallets. This leads to annual savings of approximately 224,000 corrugated fiberboards.

New inverters installation reduced GHG emissions by increasing energy use efficiency. Nevertheless, our company plans to go above and beyond these efforts by installing solar panels, a rainwater storage system, and further pursue the manufacture of sustainable fibers.

Future Plans

Sae-A Spinning considers sustainable manufacturing and sourcing as one of our top priorities.
Future investment plans include the following :

  • A solar power system to reduce our dependence on the grid and to minimize our carbon footprint by reducing GHG emissions
  • A rainwater recovery and storage system which will allow us to cover approximately 70% of our annual water consumption that is used to control the humidity of the facility
